Timothy Andrew is a Policy and Governance Officer. He serves at the Nairobi Convention as the Project Coordinator for the Western Indian Ocean Large Marine Ecosystems Strategic Action Programme Policy Harmonisation and Institutional Reforms (SAPPHIRE) project.

Jared Bosire has a PhD in Marine Science and brings into the team more than 20 years of experience in research and management in coastal and marine ecosystems; wildlife management; climate change; and policy development, implementation and organizational development.
