Angelique is a lawyer (Seychelles and UK) and she holds an LLM in Environmental law specializing in the law of the sea and natural resources law. Also, Angelique is a trained climate change negotiator under the AOSIS Climate Change Fellowship Programme at the United Nations.
Domenico Vito, PhD engineer, works in European projects on air quality in northern Italy. He has been an observer of the Conferences of the Parties since 2015 - the year in which the Paris Agreement was approved by the parties.
Dr. Gabriela Fernandez is an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Geography and Principal Investigator at the Center for Human Dynamics in the Mobile Age at San Diego State University, CA. She is the Graduate Advisor of the Big Data Analytics Master of Science Program at SDSU. She received a Ph.D. in Urban Planning, Design, and Policy from the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies at the Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy.

Served as a treasurer for Nature club Karatina university for a period of two years.Voluntered at Mpala research center Rabies vaccination campaign for a period two years.Due to attending different trainings and mentorship programs ,I have gained knowledge concerning environmental cases and conservation practices.
I specialise in the physical dynamics of estuaries; estuarine condition assessments; environmental flow requirements; climate change impacts on estuaries; and estuary management and policy. I am part of a core team that developed environmental flow requirements technologies for South Africa, e.g. Version 1, 2 and 3 of the eflows methods for estuaries. I have been involved in over 40 freshwater flow requirement (EFR) studies on estuaries in Southern Africa as project leader or hydrodynamics / physical process specialist.
Farid Dahdouh-Guebas has been working on mangrove forests in Africa and Asia since the 1990s. His research output include nearly 200 peer-reviewed papers covering mangrove vegetation science, remote sensing, restoration ecology, ethnobiology and systems ecology (linking to management and governance). He is part of IUCN's Species Survival Commission's Mangrove Specialist Group.
He is also the Founding Director and General Coordinator of the excellence labeled EC-funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Tropical Biodiversity and Ecosystems - TROPIMUNDO.
